*1. Delivery Information*

*a. Delivery Areas*
We currently deliver Organic Seeds, Seedlings, Plants etc. [All over the United Arab Emirates regions]. For orders outside our delivery range, please contact us at info@organicseedheritage.com/+971506479292 for special arrangements.

*b. Delivery Time*
Orders are processed within **2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes **2nd working days(except Friday and public holidays.)

*c. Delivery Charges*

* Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access areas.

*d. Handling and Care*
Seedlings and plants are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Please unpack them immediately upon delivery and water as needed.

*2. Return and Replacement Policy*

*a. Eligibility for Returns*
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we only accept returns or replacements if:

* The seedlings arrive *damaged, **wilted, or **incorrect* (wrong variety or quantity).
* The issue is reported within *24 hours* of delivery.

*b. How to Request a Replacement*

1. Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
2. Email the photos and order details to info@organicseedheritage.com/+971506479292
3. Our team will review your request within *48 hours* and arrange for a replacement or refund.

*c. Refunds*
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within *5–7 business days*.

*d. Non-Returnable Items*

* Healthy seedlings that have been accepted and planted.
* Damage caused by improper handling after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, lack of water, neglect).

*3. Order Cancellations*

Orders may be canceled *within 12 hours* of purchase.
Once seedlings are packed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
